Igniyte is featured in an article produced by the Guardian this week about How to deal with Negative Comments Online. 

The Guardian references the Igniyte Reputation Report as its starting point citing the research we have done into the harmful effects of negative online comments to businesses.

The article is aimed at giving advice to Small Businesses who can face negative comments, blogs and reviews online. As we know this can be extremely damaging to a business.

Interesting comments from, Network Rail and Not on the High Street along with Igniyte all agreeing that wherever possible its best to try and engage with those people who are attempting  to flame you online and do so in a timely manner.
